Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Here at this website (referred to as the ‘Site’), we value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same respect from others. Under the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us via our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the ‘safe harbor’ provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims. To file an infringement claim, you must provide us with specific information:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material and where it can be located;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement affirming the good faith belief of unauthorized use;
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party.

It is important to note that provision Title 17 USC §512(f) allows for civil penalties against those who knowingly misrepresent information in an infringement claim.

To submit takedown notices, please use our Contact page and send them via email for quicker processing.

When submitting a copyright infringement claim, please acknowledge that your identity may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. A description of the material removed and its original location.
  3. A statement asserting that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Send your counter notification through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers as mandated by the DMCA. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We retain the right to amend our DMCA policy as needed. Visitors are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
